What Can Separate Us?

“And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from His love. Death can’t, and life can’t. The angels can’t, and the demons can’t. Our fears for today, our worries about tomorrow, and even the powers of hell can’t keep God’s love away. Whether we are high above the sky or in the deepest ocean, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

– The Apostle Paul in Romans 8:38-39 NLT

This passage of scripture is a powerful scripture. In my opinion, it epitomizes the Grace of God. NOTHING – can separate us from the love that God has for us! John 3:16 says that “For God so loved the world (not just the church), that He gave His only son…..” And in the giving of His son, what did His son in turn do? He was given life for us, gave up His life for us and laid down His life for us!

If you’re reading this, then that means that Jesus loved you, us – even before we were ever conceived, thought about, before implantation into the womb. We didn’t do anything to deserve His love and He didn’t do anything to deserve our sins that He took upon His body on the cross. Therefore, nothing that we can do, think about, have done, will do — will ever separate us from God’s love! We are His children, His creation and He loves us unconditionally. Beloved let Jesus into your heart completely. Let Him be the Lord over your life and fully enjoy the benefits of Life and being Loved by our beautiful and wonderful God.

Beloved I will continue to trust in and believe in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I will continue to relish in His love for me and continue to be me!
